Fi Companies began in 1984 as Forman Industries, an installation and distributorship of storage and conveying solutions. Our first offices were in Orange, New Jersey. Due to tremendous growth, the company relocated its facilities twice, ultimately ending up on a 5 acre property in Old Bridge, New Jersey.

Not long after inception, through positive referrals, Fi began providing installation services to their first retail client. This was the opportunity that led to a future of success. Fi not only grew to take on many well-known and respected clients, but also expanded its service offerings to provide turn-key solutions. Fi is now an industry leader, offering Surveys, Fixture Installation, Interior Construction and Maintenance Programs.

Going one step further in adding value, Fi Companies initiated a manufacturing division to manufacture and prefabricate fixtures, saving clients time and money. Manufacturing abilities have progressed rapidly, and now incorporate highly-advanced equipment. The facility designs and manufactures custom fixtures and displays for several Fortune 500 companies.

In 2002, Fi opened a regional office in Kennesaw, Georgia to provide a space to further expand the Maintenance division. The team at this branch has also grown dramatically, to maintain the quality of service our clients have come to know and expect.
